“I actually came across Chad as a referral from someone I work with. He had talked about what an awesome realtor he was so I gave him a call and set up an appointment. Given that it was my first home buying experience I really had no idea what to expect. Chad was so helpful and a sort of buffer between all the craziness of buying a home and myself.
