“Dr. Steljes is a fantastic cardiologist, he probably saved my husband's life. We went to him for a second opinion. The first cardiologist just gave him medicine and out the door. Dr. Steljes wanted to know what was causing his heart fluttering - and found he had 2 areas in the heart that were severely plugged and needed stents. Could have been a heart attack in the making. We find him very professional and his staff fun and helpful.”

“My daughter went to Kindergarten and 1st grade here. She really enjoyed it and I felt her teachers were attentive and focused on her advancement. The have advanced placement classes and workshops so children get a little extra if they can handle it. The school environment felt safe and nurturing. Parents seem to be quite involved which makes for a better education all around.”

“I am editing my review just two weeks after this initial post from 1 star to 4 stars! I was a bit desperate and decided to try one more time. I left a message with out much hope of getting a return call! Well, to my surprise, I received a call back the next day and was able to get a telamed/telahealth visit not too soon after. The NP (Abby) that did the call, was great. She took her time with me, answered every question and had me referred to 6 specialists with referrals faxed the next day! I did express my frustration and was told that with COVID they had difficulty finding and keeping someone to answer the phones and return messages. I’m quite sure that they didn’t get any of mine! Anyway, if you can, please give them another chance! Original Review: They don't even deserve this one star! I too have been trying to get an appointment for over 5 months. I have left countless messages when the voicemail didn't cut me off and have never received a call back. I decided to try again and there is a new message stating that they are "telehealth" only. I still have not received a call back. Thank goodness my condition is not critical. Beyond poor customer service!!!”

“Really green thick beautiful grass. Great tennis courts. Clean restrooms. Beautiful place to watch the sunset. East walk accross the bridge to cactus wern park. Which is always a joy filled park. Another Henderson gem. Great place in the evening. Listening to the kids play adds to the peaceful feeling this park offers. A very nice park.”

While talking with and getting to know us, she figured out pretty quickly what part of Las Vegas suited the lifestyle and home we were looking for. “We were referred to Desert Cardiology shortly after arriving in Henderson in 2008. Our experience has always been positive. Yes, we do wait to see the doctor at times but have not visited many medical offices where you don't wait. In December of 2017 Tom had two stints put in and we have nothing but praise for the way they have taken of him. Just 2 weeks ago I had a TAVR (heart valve replacement) done. The tests needed for the procedure started just before Covid-19 started closing everything down. Through the long period waiting for hospitals to open again Dr Narala kept in touch with me and made sure every test was up to date and pushed to get in done ASAP in case hospitals were shut down again. It took 7 months but I feel without the excellent help of Dr. Narala it could have been even longer. If I could rate higher than 5, I would. Becky and Tom Barker”
