“This was a fantastic visit. I got taken care of almost immediately when I got to the office. Dr.. Tait came in to see me within minutes after taking x-rays. The news wasn't good but I didn't have to sit and fret and wait for an hour to get seen. I have been going to Dr. Tait for years, he did both my shoulder's (rotator cuff surgery) and has been taking care of my knee pain for about eight years after that. “We were referred to Desert Cardiology shortly after arriving in Henderson in 2008. Our experience has always been positive. Yes, we do wait to see the doctor at times but have not visited many medical offices where you don't wait. In December of 2017 Tom had two stints put in and we have nothing but praise for the way they have taken of him. Just 2 weeks ago I had a TAVR (heart valve replacement) done. The tests needed for the procedure started just before Covid-19 started closing everything down. Through the long period waiting for hospitals to open again Dr Narala kept in touch with me and made sure every test was up to date and pushed to get in done ASAP in case hospitals were shut down again. It took 7 months but I feel without the excellent help of Dr. Narala it could have been even longer. If I could rate higher than 5, I would. Becky and Tom Barker”

Especially with me being such an indecisive person, I was amazed at how well the entire experience was and the customer service. It felt like I was shopping with 'one of the girls' with a good eye for style. Her compassion shows through her work and she listens to what you want and presents the best options I didn't even know I would like! The boutique was adorably put together and had SOOO MANY OPTIONS in so many colors! She respected my privacy and had such a helpful hand and touch with clipping. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS! “I woke up one morning to discover that I couldn’t move my right arm. Just bearing the weight of the arm was painful so I wore a make shift sling all day. There was no improvement the following day so I looked for a shoulder doctor and called Dr. Grondel. He got me right in. He was able to determine that there was no damage to the joint and gave me a shot in the joint. Within a few hours the pain was greatly diminished and in a few days of wearing a sling I was able to return to normal activity. I am so grateful that Dr. Grondel was able to get me in so quickly and I am so relieved that it didn’t require surgery.”

“We moved in hastily after a failed move in at a different complex. We dodged a bullet at the other community when things fell through. We were very lucky to have Samantha as well as Rosa helping us with the leasing process and they got us into an apartment very quickly. We were also very pleased with the community manager Susan who helped us with signing the lease. After move in we have had a few issues with appliances and we have had a very helpful and attentive maintenance man helping with them. He replaced the dishwasher. More urgently the fully stocked refrigerator went out on a Sunday evening no less! He was prompt and replaced it very quickly. Thank you kindly for your help.”
