In my many years here the staff handled every concern fast and without problems. I would go to the gym every morning and every day the manager Sandie would great me by name. “When we decided to relocate to NV, we were somehow blessed enough to find Roberta LaRocca online and could not be more pleased with her and her services. “Well if you don't lease at Cyan at Green Valley you are not getting the best bang for your buck. With rents rising get the best value at Cyan at Green Valley. With mature landscaping it is like walking through a park. Seriously, I used to be one, at Cyan there are no bands of marauding skateboarding teenagers. On a Friday or Saturday night you can hear pin drop. Arturo and Robbie and Bismar provide superior maintenance. All my requests are completed on time. “I have been renting from Nevada Desert Realty since March 2022. Amber and Anna were extremely helpful with the application process and allowed a speedy move in. Within the first week of moving I realized there were a couple necessary repairs, they send their maintenance guy (Oscar) out right away and he fixed everything that needed to be fixed and he was very courteous and professional. Just recently in July my A/C went out on a Friday night (1am) . I contacted their office on Saturday morning and they send out their A/C vendor who arrived by noon on Saturday and repaired the unit which works perfect now. There was no delay and I didn't have to suffer the heat for very long. So far I am very satisfied with Nevada Desert Realty and their staff especially Amber who has been so helpful from Day 1, she is extremely courteous, considerate,respectful and professional in her field and I am confident to be in good hands with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
