“I've been going here since the end of January/February. Loved my nurses and my main doctor. Only once I've gotten another doctor for some reason whom didn't want to adjust my medication even though the previous month my doc and I agreed if I still was having issues that we would. The only problem I've noticed and others too is the front staff. They are overwhelmed (not because it's their fault), and literally having to answer calls for another location when they are already behind on their priorities. Yet they still have a positive attitude when I interact with them.”

“I am editing my review just two weeks after this initial post from 1 star to 4 stars! I was a bit desperate and decided to try one more time. I left a message with out much hope of getting a return call! Well, to my surprise, I received a call back the next day and was able to get a telamed/telahealth visit not too soon after. The NP (Abby) that did the call, was great. She took her time with me, answered every question and had me referred to 6 specialists with referrals faxed the next day! I did express my frustration and was told that with COVID they had difficulty finding and keeping someone to answer the phones and return messages. I’m quite sure that they didn’t get any of mine! Anyway, if you can, please give them another chance! Original Review: They don't even deserve this one star! I too have been trying to get an appointment for over 5 months. I have left countless messages when the voicemail didn't cut me off and have never received a call back. I decided to try again and there is a new message stating that they are "telehealth" only. I still have not received a call back. Thank goodness my condition is not critical. Beyond poor customer service!!!”

“I have to say, I was treated with such kindness & respect. Everyone, from the moment you walk in the door was helpful and very thoughtful. My nurses for my surgery always had a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. Never too far away, and I always felt safe and taken care of. I am a big believer in saying “Thank You!” To these ladies & gents, I will say “God Bless You All” as well. I am very impressed and grateful. I hope they see this message. That’s how much my experience meant to me. I want them all to know. To “The Greeter” to the gentleman who checked me in (when I thought I was running late?) “Doctor Elton Mighty is a wonderful doctor. He actually cares about helping you get better. He won’t just send you off to the next specialist, he will actually try to help you. I did a urine culture and he called me himself. Not a nurse, very strange but very awesome too! I’m glad he is my doctor and trust me when I say I’ve been to more doctors than 90% of the human population. Type 1 diabetes and paralysis.”
