“Great service! We had our appointment at 1030 with 3 dogs, and we were able to get into the room roughly 30 minutes after check-in. This is great. Seeing as normal doctors will leave you waiting much longer. The doctor was amazing. He took an interest in not only my dogs but also as owners ourselves. The doctor even asked about our dog that he had performed surgery on almost a year ago. The staff were very thorough. They were able to answer all of our questions after the doctor left and were able to explain the extra questions we had about the prescription.”

I have now moved my dogs over to Warm Hearts and Am so happy I did... They have been fair in prices and taken good care of my babies. Dr Zamora and Dr Larsen I have dealt with and they are amazing ladies... Very much about helping and respectful. I am so pleased with them... “I’ve been taking my 12 yr old yorkie since she was 2. Dr.Fisher is amazing and his staff as well! Dr.Fisher knows what he’s doing and very knowledgeable. Jen the assistant is very friendly and always welcomes us like family. Even though I moved to the other side of town, I did not want to see any other doc than Dr.Fisher so I had to drive all the way to Henderson (about 40 minute drive) because my little yorkie had a pus under her eye due to tooth infection. They took care of it so well and had to get her teeth cleaned the same day. She was in and out and voila!!!! Her teeth are nice and clean and under control. I always have a pleasant experience with the doc and his staff. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a vet in the valley!!!”

“My dog max had a growth on his back paw. I found a coupon online for a free first visit. They said he needed surgery to have it removed and even tried to drain it while I was there. They gave him 2 kinds of meds but that don’t help. The lump was solid and got bigger. I called and scheduled the surgery for a week later. They removed the mass and all other little warts and skin tags. I showed the doctor where they were hiding because many couldn’t be seen and even when petting him they were hard to find. Got his ears cleaned for an extra 50$ and also his teeth. I dropped him off in the am and picked him up after work. They were so kind and helped me get him to the car. It was a process. He was not happy and refusing to walk. They made a sling out of towel and got him into the car even though he was trying to bite them (including me). Even let me take the towel. Thankfully no harm was done and he’s now recovering. Shots must be updated if having surgery and flu shot is also mandatory. They did all of his shots before the surgery. It was a little under 1k, I chose not to have testing done on the mass and warts because that was an extra 280. Overall this vet is super nice and u can tell they truly care about your pet.”

“They are a no appointment office. On the 22nd of February I had to take my little Libra ♎ in as an emergency and they took her back right away and told everyone else please hold on a moment and took care of her right away. Sadly she had a large tumor in her little body and needed to be put to sleep. The ladies and doctors there were so kind and did everything to make not only Libra as comfortable as possible but also gave me all the time I needed in one of their rooms and offered water and coffee while we said our goodbyes. They sent a lovely letter that brought tears to my eyes but made me happy and made me feel Libra's love again. Rest in sweet paradise my little furdaughter. I love you and know you are with Deuce Deuce now. ????????????????????????????”

“Took my adopted dog for teeth cleaning. It was not cheap. The office personnel were very friendly. The tech Destiny come in to the room and she was very nice and gentle with my dog. Then Dr. Edwards come in the room to examine the dog and he was very caring about the dog. Then we receive the estimate for dog teeth cleaning. Yes. It was expensive but this clinic does not up sell. We left the dog in clinic for the procedures. About an hour or so later we received a call from the clinic the seek authorization to treat another issue. We agreed. Our experience was wonderful. Two days later we received a lab slip detailing results, plus a more detailed description of what was done to our dog. We will take our dog back in the future. If you want caring and competent service for your dog, this is the place.”

“Such a wonderful experience! I've been looking for the right vet to take my dogs to and this is definitely their new forever vet! I was put into an exam room pretty fast considering I was just a walk in. They asked if they can take my dog to the back, but when I asked if they can do the exam in front me they had no problem doing so. I love that they did the exam in front of me, it really put my mind in ease being in the room with them. Dr. Brown is very kind and you can really tell she cares and loves for her patients.
