Living the American Dream takes a lot; working a lot (working out too). So many a times, stretching becomes a afterthought. StretchZone Blue Diamond has been a safe haven.

I first came in due to piriformis syndrome from MTBiking and have extended my stretching sessions an hour long; might as well make the most of the commute - has been wonders and even fixed lower back aches.

Keeping the body tuned so we can live/work the American Dream, get your body the care it deserves.

I was incredibly impressed by the operation, facility, knowledge and professionalism of this business . Charles the GM had me feeling better than I have in months especially with an injury I have had others work on. Highly recommend this place ,they are definitely going places

I am so thrilled that I found Stretch Zone. It’s about ten minutes from my house and everyone is always so friendly. I’m a runner and so my hamstrings tend to need work; the staff at the blue diamond location always ask what I need to work on that day, they’re accommodating (they offer water and relaxing massage chairs), and they walk you through his stretch exercise. It feels like half relaxation half, physical therapy!

I signed up with Charles; he’s awesome. Knowledgeable and kind. I know nothing about stretching other than I know it’s good for me, and Charles always makes me feel comfortable.

As a former athlete and coach I am a pretty tough critic in regards to this type of service and Stretch Zone specifically the Blue Diamond location is absolutely incredible. The staff is welcoming and after one session I honestly feel so much relief. I’ve had hip and lower back stiffness/pain for months that I could not release and seeing this crew has already helped immediately. I signed up for a membership same day after the trial session. They can have all my money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
