A very kind older lady helped me sort out an insurance confusion that the Rainbow location could not figure out and I’m appreciative of her effort. She did not rush me nor give me the sense that I’m not worth her time. She worked with me until they were almost closed. This year, the process has been smoother because of their software update. Anna allowed me to choose my glasses without any pressure, and helped me get two glasses instead of one. She didn’t want me wasting my insurance benefits and she was right. Once the glasses arrived, Juan made sure that my glasses fit right and adjusted my glasses before I went home. I appreciate the effort of these people in ensuring that my glasses are not only functional but also comfortable.”

“I am so thrilled that I found Stretch Zone. It’s about ten minutes from my house and everyone is always so friendly. I’m a runner and so my hamstrings tend to need work; the staff at the blue diamond location always ask what I need to work on that day, they’re accommodating (they offer water and relaxing massage chairs), and they walk you through his stretch exercise. It feels like half relaxation half, physical therapy! I signed up with Charles; he’s awesome. Knowledgeable and kind. I know nothing about stretching other than I know it’s good for me, and Charles always makes me feel comfortable.”

“Booked my appointment online which was easy. I didn’t choose a barber since it was my first time here. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked into the door I felt welcomed and was checked in. Sometimes when checking in at other establishments the barber or hairdresser is annoyed that they have to check you in and step away from their cut, so it’s already a bad experience from the start. Not the vibe I got at this place. Eddie cut my hair and did a fantastic job. We had a great conversation and I didn’t feel that the cut was rushed at all. Best cut I’ve had in a really long time, and best cut since I’ve been in Las Vegas for a decade. I’m happy to have finally found a barber and shop I can call my “go to.” Highly recommend!”

As always, the crew there (Alex, Eddie (aka "Flex Pants"), Brittany, Abby, Eve and Jennifer) were very professional and personable. Attentive and helpful with their patient's needs. There was definitely a big improvement from day one until today, which was my last visit. I also ran into an old co-worker here which made my visits better also. “After anxiously waiting for this studio to open, I can honestly say that the wait was completely worth it! I have gone to 6 classes over the course of 2 weeks and each experience is better than the last. The coaches are AMAZING since they are extremely positive, knowledgeable, and never push you more than you can handle. I've always wanted to work out but I need motivation and structured routines that let me know I'm doing exactly what I need to do to achieve my goals. This studio makes you feel like you have your own personal trainer AND all you have to bring is a positive attitude and your stats monitor (which is great for taking the guesswork out of how hard you worked). They provide the equipment, they plan out the routines, and they give an ENDLESS supply of support. OTF, especially this studio, is great for people like me who need structure and prefer a classroom environment. The experience is liberating because you are too busy working out to feel insecure. ALSO, they stress that you listen to your body instead of pushing too hard. They truly care about your health. Focus on your health and the results will follow. When you take classes here you feel more like a FAMILY striving for the same goals than feeling like being in a room with a bunch of strangers. I highly recommend checking this studio out. Give them a call and ask all the questions that you have, especially ask if they have any free trial classes that you can partake in. Everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful!!!”
