“To start with, I live in Alaska and was being treated locally for a thumb injury that still had not healed properly 6+ months later. I reached out to a friend looking for a second opinion, I didn't care where it was, I would fly anywhere as long as I could get this issue fixed. I was recommended Doctor Bronstein. I flew down to have a consultation with him, and I am so grateful I did- he was very knowledgeable and very honest about what needed to happen and the possible outcome. When I found out I needed surgery, I knew it was going to be a huge commitment on my part to fly down and stay for a few weeks while I healed and did PT. As hard as it was for my business, the financial cost, my family, etc, to pick up and leave for almost 3 weeks, it was well worth it. I hadn't been to the dentist as often as I should have, but I wanted to take care of my dental health and fix a small chip in one of my teeth. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the excellent customer service continued throughout my visit. I was particularly impressed when I saw an elderly woman leaving, and the staff ran around the desk to open the door for her. I’m upset I hadn’t noticed the elderly woman earlier or I round have helped. It's rare to see such genuine care and attention to detail. Teresa was fantastic, taking x-rays and calming me down so we could figure out what was going on with my teeth. Dr. Kevin was incredible—very thorough and patient. This is the first time I've been to a dental office where the staff actually took the time to teach and explain everything in detail.
