Really efficient service.They really hustle.Ni waiting around this place.Alsi there blood test were really painless.

This office is located in Southwest Medical on the first floor. Office is open at 7am. Convenient location with lots of parking. Neat and clean interior. Vending machine are available as well as water dispenser. Seating is according to Covid protocol. Masks required. Sign in on monitor at the reception desk. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Wait was minimal. Leslie the technician was excellent, very friendly and competent. She did the whole blood work process efficiently and with care. Hopefully she will be available for my next appointment.

I can not thank the staff here enough for their professionalism. Specifically Denise and another employee she was working with(I wish I could remember her name). We came in today to have my daughter’s blood drawn. She was visibly shaken, and unable to calm down. I wasn’t sure she would be able to go through with it, but Denise and the other employee took charge. They were able to calm my daughter’s fears. They had her laughing and completely at ease throughout the entire blood draw. We walked out giggling about the experience and it has really put her fears to rest. Thank you!
