  Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Zabi made sure I knew exactly what they'd be tuning or replacing and made sure I was ok before I left. Bruce made sure I had cleats in a neutral position on my new shoes before I left and took the time to call me the next day to offer me a store credit or credit my card when he figured out he double charged me for an item.

  Had the most amazing experience ever biking, threw the rocks. Our guide was awsome and kept us goin. We could feel his excitement and love of what he does. Highly recommend this if you want to push your self....!!!

  We did a half-day mountain biking trip in Red Rock Canyon. We were picked up on the Strip on time and were riding high-quality mountain bikes within half an hour. Our guide Irving was excellent and chose trails of appropriate challenge and distance for our skill level. He also taught us about some of the plants in the area. We had a great time. Considering you get transport to the trails, a good bike, and a guide, I found the price to be fair.

  My wife and I rode electric bikes in red rock canyon with Escape. They picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off afterwards. The bikes tour and guide Brian were first class all the way. Beautiful scenery knowledgeable guide and the electric bikes made our trip effortless. Recommended and you won’t be sorry

  I love this place. Always great customer service. Just got both my bikes tuned up and ready for great ride to good health. Please visit this store and trust me you won’t be disappointed. I bought my first Canondale at this place and they were so helpful. They were located at the Charleston area back then. I live about 20 miles from this store but when you get great service It’s worth the drive. I tried to buy a bike once at another store and I asked for a test ride. The person there said absolutely not. I guess they felt I was going to steal it. I bought 2 bikes so far from Escape Adventures and I will continue to give them my business because they don’t look at me as a thief instead they treat me as a customer. Thank you guys.
