Ed Bozarth Chevrolet

We had a wonderful experience with Clifton! We weren't exactly an easy sell. We had terms/conditions that we were pretty firm on and honestly a different dealership wasn't able to make make the deal. We went to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet to see of they would be able to make it happen and the employees there went above and beyond to meet our needs and got us into a great new truck! I'd highly recommend buying here and if you want a salesman that will go the distance to close the deal, ask for Clifton!!!

Needed maintenance work done. Was greeted by a very nice young man named Robert. Was expecting someone else, but found out he was no longer there. Robert was kind and took excellent care of me. Explained very well what was to be done. I also feel the driver who picks up and drops off is also sweet and courteous. Very helpful in assisting people in and out. Thank you.

I enjoyed working with you guys on this one for the most part. I will say that some of the greeting service was lacking. I stood in front of one person's desk without any guests around without so much as a hello for about 10 minutes. I understand that he may have been busy, but a simple "hey there, we'll be right with you would have been great." After that Dylan called me over to his desk (across the lane from the one I was waiting at). From then on out the service was superb. He was great at communicating everything to me and called and texted several times to make sure I knew what was going on. Kudos to him for making this service awesome. Glad I did not end up working with that original guy I was waiting for though.

This is the third new vehicle we’ve bought from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in the past 18 months. The first two experiences were great or we would not have returned. However, this time was outstanding as well. Gerd Schopp was our sales person this time who went out of his way in an attempt to please us. And that’s not easy to do. We wanted a new RS Blazer but we didn’t like the ones they had in stock. Gerd spent several days searching for the one we wanted and finally found it in Arizona. Gerd had the Blazer trucked to his dealership by a transport truck because we wanted the vehicle to be new with almost no miles on it. (13 miles upon delivery to be exact). It was perfect and we took it home. I think Gerd went beyond the call of duty to please us. He was unbelievably patient and kind during the entire experience.
Chris in finance was great as well making the entire experience a pleasure. Also a shout out to Pat in the DMV department. What awesome people.

Had a great experience with Drew! I went there just to look and ended up leaving with a brand new car. He was very helpful, knows the product he is selling, and definitely did not BS me on anything. He kept it real and professional. I have always been a Toyota owner, and I asked him for his opinion on the difference between Chevy and Toyota since I was skeptical to switch over . He gave his honest opinion about both. He never bashed Toyota and said they were good cars and also explained to me why Chevy were equally as good. We did not haggle and went back and forth on the numbers . He knew he was going to give me a good deal and even paid off my trade in! He didn’t have to go back and forth to his sales manger to negotiate. He came to me with a number and took me straight to finance. From there finance literally gave me the best 4 options. Not once did they pressure me. Drew even asked me if I wanted some time to think about and come back in the future. I KNOW OTHER SALES MAN WOULD HAVE PRESSURED ME. This is by far the easiest and fastest car buying experience ever! I will definitely be recommending him and he has me as a future customer.
