“I like going to this particular Sinclair. The employee's are always friendly and they always give great customer service. The only thing I don't like is buying gas from them. If you use you credit or debit card, they place a hold on it for a certain amount. It caused a negative balance plus overdraft fees for my friend a while back. She only had $30 in her account and she wanted $25 of gas. Well they processed a $40 hold on her card and threw her into a negative balance. I understand why they do the holds, but if a customer isn't aware that you do them then I feel that it's unfair to the customer as well. Maybe they should make their customers aware if this before buying gas? I'm not sure if they still do this, because I don't buy gas here. I buy my gas from my work. But I just want to make others aware of this. Other than that, I love Sinclair!”

“Amazing customer service. I was referred by a different shop who said my rim couldn't be fixed by them and I would probably have to order a new one. He referred me to Hub cap Annie. I called and David said we close in 30 minutes where are you? I was 20 minutes away and was supposed to leave town in the morning... we talked of ordering a rim but it wouldn't be here for a few days. He could tell I was stressed, he offered a rim that would work but its not the same as the set I have on my car. David then said you can get here in 18 minutes come down! He said I did a great job on this one! Jokingly. He stayed after business hours to hammer out my rim, that ended up looking like new, and he was friendly the entire time. My father was a mechanic and I know that the extra hour of his time and shop time should have ended up in a good size bill. I was shocked to see what he charged me and said no it should be more....he said don't worry about it.. just drive safe and get home safely. Thank you so much! I highly appreciate your time and effort. I definitely recommend Hub Cap Annie and David.”

Just leave a voicemail, & they get right back to you!!!***** This place is temporarily closed, due to the COVID-19 situation. So sad. All these small businesses. So many, just like this company... keep popping up as "closed", every day now. & all are (or were) good businesses, including Elevated Techs... but none of them stood a chance against a worldwide pandemic. It pretty much brought the whole entire WORLD to its knees!!! So no little business, no matter how successful, had it happened to be one of the THOUSANDS of businesses forced to close, was gonna survive this shutdown. So so sad. (& not JUST in Las Vegas... & not JUST in this country... but it's happening to EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE.... & so many people & small companies, are completely DEVASTATED from this virus....
