  I have participated in a few of PFC courses and received instruction from most if not all of the instructor cadre. At the end of every course I have grown and leave with my pockets full of information and drills I am eager to apply to my own training. The entire process, from course sign up to the debrief, PFC staff is above and beyond any other training facility I have experience. Their private training facility provides endless possibilities vs. a static range that can be very limiting. Also their cadre has a progressive mindset, tests everything and is never afraid to demonstrate anything they teach. Highly Recommended!

  Trainer was excellent really knowledgeable. Super nice peoole, will definitely go back. Loved the workout too. Romeo was the trainer at my 9 o'clock class.
