He was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the features and amenities, and took us on a tour of a vacant unit. The unit we toured was newly remodeled with all new appliances, countertops and fixtures. It had beautiful neutral colors and felt new and very open and inviting. We ended up leasing that unit. Matthew thoroughly explained the lease arrangements and paperwork. We were able to sign a short-term lease and received an excellent move-in incentive. We have since found our condo. We loved our stay at Mirasol and highly recommend it. It is gated, nicely landscaped and maintained, and has a pool and exercise gym. It is also very close to many major stores and minutes from the strip. It is a little more expensive than other apartments, but the high-quality of the units and amenities--combined with a great move-in incentive--made it the perfect solution for our needs.”
