“We had a great experience with this company. From start to finish, (and it was a long process) their professionalism was top notch. We started with Kelly and her responsiveness to any call we made was exceptional. No matter what time of the day or evening I would call her, she would answer or call right back. I can't remember all the names, but every last one was professional and timely and the completed project exceeded our expectations. Moises Gomez is the project manager and I can't say enough about his leadership. Whenever we had a concern or question, he was there and his follow up is the best we've ever dealt with. Even while he took vacation, he would still text or email us just to make sure everything was okay. I am a very picky person and we've dealt with several contractors over the years, by far they are the best!”

“I only had the change that was in my purse and car to put gas in my car. I was feeling embarrassed because some places don't want to take $12 in change. Adrian and i the other cashier (i forgot her name) made me feel very welcomed. He took my change with no with no problem and said they needed change. This turned an embarrassing situation for me into a postive experience tonight. I thank them for not making me feel uncomfortable.”

“Huge selection means better chance of getting the parts you want. I work on cars as hobby and I am happy with what they’ve offered, although folks at the checkout need to be friendlier and more knowledgeable. More than once checkout clerk didn’t know the model name, and mistook a part that I pulled with different thing. Btw, I don’t understand other reviews complaining they’re surprised by high price and core charge. The parts price/core charge are clearly listed on the website so you need to compare prices. It is true, though, in some cases buying new one online can be cheaper than here. So shop around. Four stars because no junk yard should ever be rated 5 stars.”

“Copart Staff were prompt, kind, and understanding. Overall great customer service with from the desk to the guys that assisted outside and over the phone. They provided a jump box to power my vehicle to pop the trunk, had bagged the inside of the car prior to my arrival. Someone brought a cart around to help me move a few bags. Big help since I was on crutches in a slower condition. So long as the vehicle was stuck behind a bunch of other cars they said they'd be able to bring it to the front and they did. 5 Stars Thank You”
