“Co worker recommended Dr Thai since I was unhappy with my primary care physician. I wish I changed doctors years ago! Dr Thai is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He really does care about your health! He explains lab work and reasons for treatments or meds. He actually spends time with his patients! I highly recommend. The only negative is that the office only accepts cash for your co pay.”

The instructors are so knowledgeable and everytime I take a class I feel like I am getting a private, personalized workout. The classes are small and intimate and the instructors using a variety of techniques to make the workout fun and engaging. The owner, Jessica, is always so accommodating and helpful. This studio is such gem! I am excited to visit their new facility and I am also very excited to see this local business flourish. :)”
