“Shashwat Pendent we tremendously helpful to get our refund back form. Fiji. Airlines. Very polite and apologized each time he had us on old while he was on the other line with the Airlines. He was extremely helpful and informative of what’s going to happen and how he’s trying his best to be on the same page as Fiji Airlines due to the fact that they are the ones who have that 24hr non-refundable policy if you cancel your flight within 24 hrs of purchase. (Which I found ridiculously inconvenient. My husband and I caught COVID 1-2 days before we’re were supposed to travel to Australia. So even though they have that very inconvenient 24 refund policy, Expedia is going above and beyond and promised it will be refunded in a few days or so. And I will be given updates if there’s any issues regarding the refund by Shashwat (hopefully)! He is an excellent customer service representative.”

We were running late (Bridal party always is...) and they were able to make quick changes in the vehicles order of departure. They were quick to respond when we had questions and kept us in the know of when our drivers were on their way and arrived. Yes, drivers. We had 4 vehicles and 4 different drivers. “Place is great… a little messy but if you go knowing what your looking for then you will be fine. Bought my daughter a 49.99 pair of awesome boots and also some “pride” themed converse sneakers. It’s deff the perfect place for women kids and older men. I like exclusive Nike shoes or Jordans and they don’t carry these type of sneakers here so for myself I shop online mostly. Customer service is there when needed but with the way it’s setup their you don’t really have to speak to any floor rep unless your checking out. Highly recommended…”
