Gerald on the afternoon shift is a standout though, he’s always really personable and friendly. He actually refers to people by their names which is rare, and he hooked me up with a small coffee so I could try something new. First time someone’s done that at any Starbucks I’ve been to. Thanks for the great customer service!”

“Update: so I changed my stars from 1 to 5 stars because minutes after posting my experience, Rhonda the manager contacted me and apologized for my unfortunate experience. She reassured me she would fix this problem with the technician and offered me a complimentary removal and a complimentary full set and she got me in for the removal within the hour. Thank God for her quick response. This was the worst experience ever. I asked for a very very light classic lash and I specifically asked her not to put the glue bonder that they normally use after placing the extensions because I'm allergic to it. She said she was going to do her best because she needed to pick up her boyfriend from work in an hour and a half. She ended up doing the complete opposite of what I asked. She put very heavy Hybrid lashes and she used the glue at the end after I asked her not to do it. She said she only put a little bit otherwise my lashes would fall in a couple of days. I was so upset! Not only did my lashes look horrible but she also used the glue! I ended up telling her to remove 80% of the lashes and she kept pinching my eyelids with the tweezer. Now my eyes are swollen from the glue I asked not to use and I have marks on my lids from the tweezers. Now I have to pay again to have the lashes removed! Waste of time, money and unneeded pain. Never going back!”

“I saw this place on Zillow and decided to go check it out. I scheduled a tour and fell in love with the place and decided to apply. I got approved within the next day. Jennifer Thompson was the one who handled everything smoothly and quickly from start to finish. She answered her emails super fast and I moved in within 4 days of application approval. As far as the place itself, it is also worth 5 stars. Not many apartments are going to have this many amenities for this price. This place has made an overall great investment and I applaud them for that.”

They all get along so well together. I love seeing the kids playing with toys and being a part of the Salon. “Came here for the first, its a couple blocks my neighborhood so I figured I give it a try. The second I walked in a was greeted by Natalie , she was super friendly and informative from the beginning to end. She and Marie, made drinks for me, both had excellent customer service. Food very traditional and tasted excellent. They also have happy hour from 3pm-5pm. And starts again 9pm till closing. Can’t beat that. I’ll will definitely be back. Sit at the bar and ask for Natalie or Marie you won’t be disappointed.”

“Great quality food and big portions. Our server was nice and helpful. I ordered the corn beef hash with scrambled eggs and a side of bacon. Food was fresh. I wish I would've ordered the bacon extra crispy. Everyone else in my party enjoyed there food. The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is they sat is in front of there delivery door so it kept opening and it was cold. A little inconsiderate considering we had a 2 year old in our party. Other than that everything was great! I also recommend there country fried steak and eggs.”

“I'm shocked on some of the reviews cause I started to get sick of the blue diamond location its so dirty and horrible customer service. But when we started going to the southern highlands location I was so happy the people are always nice and its clean. I also have to say Dylan and a Jay were working one night and they were super nice so friendly and professional! They made the food and smoothies extra good my kids even said the same. Thank you!!!”

“Called to place a pickup order on Sunday afternoon following Halloween. Ordered the Smaller Margherita Pizza with added Mushroom Medley & Pepperoni. The pizza was ready promptly in 15 min. I didn’t need to look inside the box, I could smell how good it was. I got home and it looked delicious with loaded toppings (they don’t skimp). The crust was cooked to perfection and the dough was hand tossed. The balance of sauce to cheese and toppings is perfect. They use fresh, higher quality ingredients and you can taste the difference. I read a lot of complaints in earlier reviews: Don’t be cheap, you get what you pay for...I spent $17.00 on a small pizza and It was well worth it. This is my new favorite pizza spot. So grateful it’s in Southern Highlands.”

“Expanded list of beers during 50% off Happy Hour. Bar tenders made timely checks on how patrons were doing. They do a good job of monitoring when beer glasses need to be refilled. Good selection of music played. Restrooms were clean. Bar tender comped our appetizer order due to longer than usual wait time for our food to arrive which shows good customer service.”

“My daughter has attended this school since she was three years old. She is now 13. I cannot say enough about this school being more advanced in comparison to the public & charter schools. I feel she is getting an excellent education with small class sizes with teachers who really try hard to work with your child’s strengths and weaknesses. Once again because of the smaller class sizes, each student gets individual attention and the staff truly knows each and every child as well as their family, i highly recommend everything thus school has to offer.”
