“Serena was patient and kind. Her voice is soothing. She helped me retrain my mind. It is an amazing process to witness and be a part of. I have been struggling with weight for many years. I always knew it was a mind over matter issue but did not know a way to retrain my mind. Serena taught me we needed to find the root of the problem and why my mind made me think the way it did. Next we dealt with other issues that blocked me. Finally she made suggestions to help me. Since going to see Serena, I have been eating healthier and walking on the treadmill.
