“We moved from Utah to Washington and our furniture was delivered faster than we expected,; everything was intact. Oscar and Carlos handled the offload by themselves—a big job for 2 guys —and they did a great job. My only issue was that I was promised a $200 credit because Streamline had to move our moving date up by 2 days and neither the loading team (Hector and company, who were also great) nor the drop-off team were aware of it. I had to call the company to get my refund. Other than that it was a great experience. I just wish it was easier to make arrangements directly with the movers instead of going through a broker. I did end up paying slightly more than quoted by the broker because my stuff ended up taking more cubic feet than expected. The folks from Allegiance (in Florida) quoted me based on what I described over the phone. Had I actually had someone from the moving company come in and physically take stock of what would be going on the truck I’m sure the estimate would have been more accurate.”
