Other places do this and that without explaining anything and then all of a sudden you have a $1,000 bill. Not at Rainbow animal hospital! They explain everything and I really appreciate that. I like to ask a lot of questions and the staff gives excellent customer service. Not only is the staff friendly but the other customers are too! The diagnostic center owned by the physicians is very busy and it takes weeks to get appointments. Dr. Lee is very nice, I believe he is a decent physician.”
