I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Furman. She put all my worried at ease. She listened to me and explained everything thoroughly. She’s has wonderful manners.

Dr. Fermin is the doctor I have most respected and trusted in all my years. She is intelligent, attentive, diligent, very human, and warm in her approach. Has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend.

I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment on Monday morning on Friday afternoon I was called they left me a message to come in at 8:00 a.m. which I did due to a lack of communication apparently nobody knew I was supposed to be there early and I had to wait a half an hour. Don't call me in early and make me wait doctors want you to be there early so they don't have to wait. Receptionist was much more pleasant this time and staff was good

My experience with Dr. Fermin and her staff has always been positive. They are professional in every manner. Dr. Fermin is very knowledgeable, personable and a delight to talk with. She and her office staff always follow through with whatever it takes to make it a successful treatment plan for her patients.
