(March 8, 2019, 9:21 pm)I bought a Topaz 40 from Betty and she was super sweet. 1 week later my machine isnt working properly and they say down with me to try to fix the problem but it was more then what both of us could figure out. So they ordered me a new machine and gave me a floor model to use in the mean time. The ladies I've dealt with have been very sweet and helpful.
