There might be a few dings here and there but overall the quality has been consistent. “I love Hobby Lobby! If I could give 10 stars here, I would in a heartbeat. I just started with a new hobby which is doing miniature kits and I buy my kits here. They offer cheap kits compared to other places online. This place literally has everything a crafter dreams of. From home decor, to holiday decors, to anything craft related, to toys, etc. They have it! It's like a one stop shop. Some prices are a bit high for me, but one of the many good things about this place is they offer promos or deals everyday. You can't beat that! This is definitely worth the visit and worth checking out if you haven't been to one. I highly recommend!!! P.S. I have included the miniature kits I've done.”

“I can see some places still operate with that post covid-19 customer service. I went here to pick up a few items and before I could even get in the door good I was bombarded with questions like, "can we give you a basket?', "can we help you find anything?"... They make you feel like a valued customer late at night when you are one of seven customers in the entire store. I really shouldn't write this review until I've gone in when they are really busy. Because that's when you see how the real customer service holds up. However, I did have to make note of the fact that if there are very few people there, that's probably the best time to get all the attention you want.”

“I bought a Topaz 40 from Betty and she was super sweet. 1 week later my machine isnt working properly and they say down with me to try to fix the problem but it was more then what both of us could figure out. So they ordered me a new machine and gave me a floor model to use in the mean time. The ladies I've dealt with have been very sweet and helpful.”
