(January 8, 2022, 3:46 pm)I visited this location on two occasions and each time was treated genuinely though I'm not their customer I was with family and observed the outstanding way we were treated by the vice president Teresa Cody. MS Cody has the unique ability of making you feel like you're"Jed Clampett" regardless of the amount of funds you are dealing with or even if you are their customer or not.
You get 5 star treatment here at this Location..I would also like to mention
The Branch Service Manager Nancy Gonzalez for her Patience and Kindness in dealing with customers. For the best experiences with NSB this is the Branch you want to do business with Hands Down!!!

(June 4, 2021, 7:11 pm)Wow!!! They really raised the bar on personal Banking at this location. A busy location but somehow still has that small bank feeling with one on one customer service. The staff is ALWAYS professional and polite no matter what!!! The other Main Street banks could learn a lesson or two from this branch.
