(March 20, 2017, 10:00 am)It's quiet and the staff are awesome. Renee is so on point when it comes to maintenance. I see her around the complex walking and making sure all the trash bins are inside their enclosures. Once when we needed or toilet fixed, the maintenance guy came back twice to make sure it was fixed completely. Staff would call and asked if everything was taken cared of. I love living here.
(January 3, 2017, 7:37 pm)Moved from here Chicago 3 months ago after 20 years of living in a home, our apartment is small but Big enough for hubby and I, Renee the manger is wonderful! Gets right on top of any issue!! Our apartment was updated and clean when we moved in! We like it here, plan on being here awhile nice place to live.
(May 5, 2016, 11:37 pm)Our apartment at Flamingo Chateau was great- we moved out last month but only because we needed to move across town. It was a really good home the whole time we lived there. The fireplace & vaulted ceiling were extra special. Everything was in good condition and squeaky clean when we moved in. Management was the best I've ever had, very hands on, responsive & personal service. We never felt like we were just another number but that we were really appreciated as tenants. We never had any big major issues but when there was an issue, and there weren't many, the wait for maintenance to show up was surprisingly short and the problem got fixed pretty much right away. Then management would follow up a few days later to make sure the repair had stuck. We felt well taken care of by the office for sure. They're also pretty meticulous about keeping the landscaping, amenities & overall complex tidy and in working order- I really appreciated that. Considering price, service and location, Flamingo Chateau is a great value.
