They have everything for your graduating senior but make sure you get receipts so you can follow up on ordered items. Otherwise delays will happen. Make sure you order Letterman jackets in Junior year.

I had no problems at all with customer service. I had called before ordering online to ask about sizing since I'm in Henderson, I wanted to save a trip if I could. The customer service I received on the phone was great. When I received the shirts, I realized I did need the next size bigger. I called and asked about exchanging them. Again, I got great customer service. I drove to the store a few days later to do the exchange, and again great customer service. The sizes I had asked for on the phone were put aside for me and ready to pick up. I had asked about some other items and the lady had no problem answering questions and checking stock in the back.
