(March 29, 2019, 10:03 pm)WOW!! I had an opportunity to speak with the owner of this business - Charly. My initial call was just to understand what optional wigs she had available and the quality. I was absolutely impressed with her level of professionalism, customer service and follow up skills. She walked me through the ordering and the payment process - her patience was impressive as I had over 25 questions. She answered every email with moments and called me back as promised. On line ordering can be a shady business but Charly is top notch! She helped me select the options available to me for my wig and was just a joy to speak to. She is truly an anointed business owner! I wis her well and I look forward to wearing my new wig once it arrives!

I signed up for the Divas Membership, and receive great discounts! I receive high quality, long lasting hair, and if I damage any unit, repairs are timely. I love Divas Lace Wigs. I let my Diva swag whip! :-D
(February 16, 2017, 9:28 am)Charly is so nice. I met her on another occasion by accident and we hit it off. She told me about her shop and I have to say...LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! This hair is incredibly SOFT and SILKY! The texture is true to the picture! I did a strand test on the hair with my flat iron and it straighten perfectly, then I added a mixture of water and conditioner and it returned back to its original Curl pattern! So this hair can be worn Wavy and Straight! Shipping was pretty good and the customer service was excellent! I definitely hope to order more and maybe post pictures or audio! Thx!!!!!!.
