“I talked to multiple people at the chase call center and even the supervisor didn't help me . They kept telling me to go inside of a branch for further assistance. I got to the branch and waited a couple minutes in line. Ashken went above and beyond to help assist me. I was really thinking of closing all my chase accounts and going to BOFA. Ashken service alone will keep me a chase customer. I will be visiting the branch alot more than calling on the phone!”
