I was pleasantly surprised how detailed the clean up was compared to my regular barber go see near Calgary. “I came here today for the first time and had my hair cut by Brooke. She is really wonderful. I had a picture that I showed her of an angled long bob haircut, and she took her time walking me through all the different elements of the cut, what would work for me, and how we could achieve it. I have been other places where you show a picture and the stylist will just run with it, but she was so thoughtful and thorough in assessing what was realistic for my hair. I am so thrilled with my hair—it came out better than my expectations! She also gives a great scalp massage when she’s washing your hair. “Update: so I changed my stars from 1 to 5 stars because minutes after posting my experience, Rhonda the manager contacted me and apologized for my unfortunate experience. She reassured me she would fix this problem with the technician and offered me a complimentary removal and a complimentary full set and she got me in for the removal within the hour. Thank God for her quick response. This was the worst experience ever. I asked for a very very light classic lash and I specifically asked her not to put the glue bonder that they normally use after placing the extensions because I'm allergic to it. She said she was going to do her best because she needed to pick up her boyfriend from work in an hour and a half. She ended up doing the complete opposite of what I asked. She put very heavy Hybrid lashes and she used the glue at the end after I asked her not to do it. She said she only put a little bit otherwise my lashes would fall in a couple of days. I was so upset! Not only did my lashes look horrible but she also used the glue! I ended up telling her to remove 80% of the lashes and she kept pinching my eyelids with the tweezer. Now my eyes are swollen from the glue I asked not to use and I have marks on my lids from the tweezers. Now I have to pay again to have the lashes removed! Waste of time, money and unneeded pain. Never going back!”

I left my hairstylist of ten years in Colorado and after moving here in Las Vegas. I still haven’t found the “one”. The salon first of all was very clean, organized and well kept. I was introduced by the owner Angie who greeted me at the door to Jeff. He shook my hand and started asking what would I like to do with my long hair? Jeff was detailed oriented. “Nuture Spa was just what I was looking for at the end of a week-long, action-packed trip to Vegas. It waa such a relaxing and pleasurable experience from start to finish. Very clean and well maintained. Coffee and water...some flavored waters, as well, are offered in the locker room. There are plenty of showers. The sauna was the perfect temperature. The steam room was everything a steam room should be...the temperature and the steam circulating. My skin and hair seemed to love it! Then, the beautiful jacuzzi area, with waterfalls...the whole experience felt a little like paradise. I had scheduled a massage days before, but added a facial the day of my visit. The masseuse, Nyla and esthetician, Sharanda were both very professional and pleasant. Both services were wonderful and effective. I have a few spots of bad hyperpigmentation; so, the estheticoan suggested the enzyme facial instead. No pressure, and I was appreciative, because I knew I needed something, but had no idea what could improve those areas. It was only $12 more. I would definitely go back each and every time I'm in Vegas. Well worth it!”
