This was my first visit and I was told the portions were large. Well, that was no lie! My "small portion" Cobb salad looked like a large served at any other restaurant and the price was marvelous!! This clubhouse restaurant is open to the public and, while not fancy in the decor department, it is a little jewel.”

“Five stars for coffee. The foamiest cappuccino and the creamiest latte I've ever had. I had to get seconds with the lavender latte and fiance got the spiced mocha, both were amazing. The spiced mocha was not too chocolatey so the spices really came out without being overpowering. Also my breakfast empanadas were delicious, but the breakfast burrito was really nothing to write home about.”

“This location is the nicest fanciest most beautiful Roberto's I've ever been in since moving to Las Vegas in 2013. They made it look like a diner with beautiful lights and fixtures and nice bar stools. You're beautiful plants that they have in the restaurant remind me of Tucson Arizona where was born. I photograph them before I left and the servers couldn't have been nicer. It's the closest one of my new neighborhood.”

“The first time I tried the pizza I was hooked. This is my go to pizza place. I rarely have any complaints, but a couple of times I should of said something. Pizza is always fresh and steaming hot when I pick it up. The fries I always hope for the bes, cause they are really good. They have served them to me soggy, fried in old oil, and overcooked. To sum it up, food is great, people are nice and prices are average. Definitely worth trying out if you haven't already!”

“It's always a good sign when you walk into a place on a late Monday morning and it's packed! Every table had happy diners sitting at it. While we waited in line to place our order, my husband and I looked over the menu and decided on what we wanted to try for our first visit to Gritz Cafe. Every item description sounded amazing, and the smell that filled the air only made us hungrier. Once we reached the register, we were greeted by a friendly and inviting cashier who helped us decide for sure that we wanted our pork chop order to be fried rather than grilled (though she said it's delicious either way). The sides we settled on with that were greens, mac n cheese, and corn bread. We also asked for chicken and waffles with grits. After paying, we were asked to wait to the side with the party just ahead of us until a table opened up. Like clockwork, we watched as tables were cleared as soon as satisfied looking guests left. The entire staff seem to work and communicate very efficiently with each other. It wasn't long before we were invited to take a seat and our plates were brought to us shortly after that. Our eyes lit up when we saw the food that was presented to us. Every bite was as tasty as the one before it! From start to finish, my husband and I enjoyed this meal so thoroughly and were happy to say as much when we were eagerly asked how we liked it. Sitting in here and enjoying a meal that reminded us of one prepared by our own loved ones while surrounded with the chitter chatter of others doing the same thing was such a warm and cozy experience. As we told the cashier when she too asked how we enjoyed our first visit, we'll definitely be back soon to try some more items on the menu!”
