“Food was really great, very flavorful, but they need to work with their coffee. We had one order of the chicken and waffles, which had good flavor on the chicken. The waffle was really good, but not great. We also had a pitmaster scramble which had amazing flavor and the biscuit in there was really, really good. We also got one cup of coffee which is not very good, it seems to be an afterthought. Having an option of a better brand coffee and include a decaf would really help, especially for the price of the coffee.”

You will find many touches that are authentic and tasty, such as Italian dressing instead of the ubiquitous sesame, and honest macaroni salad. “We came here "accident". We originally went to the bar next door, then noticed there was a restaurant so we went there to check out the food. and give it a try. This place is delicious! We sat down immediately and were greeted as we walked in the door. The service was excellent! The owner even came and chatted with us. It's a nice family business with a lot of passion and quality behind it. Everyone who came in was greeted with a big smile as if they were part of the family. The restaurant is adorable! The food is plentiful and amazing. I'm full as a tick with a big left over box. We ate the food the next day and it was still tasty! We will definitely come here again. We've been back multiple times and they're definitely consistent. No complaints at all.”

How about letting them work out the kinks before you slap a one star review and tarnishing this franchises reputation. I'm sure this owner and GM was really excited to open this location and create work for the locals around Providence, and you just went ahead and spewed your over privledged opinion because parking wasn't easy and you had to wait 5 minutes for a new employee to figure out the register. You've probably never had to work in a restaurant or customer service position before, but I recommend you try it before you leave your next review. Also, food is average? It's Pizza Hut my guy... What were you expecting when you ordered? It tastes exactly how Pizza Hut should taste. I for one was treated well over the phone even when I asked for all of the wing sauce options and bundles. I was recommended certain sauces based on the girls personal opinion, and I valued that(thank you Carly). I also didn't have a problem with parking nor did I have to wait around.”
