“I spoke to Tammy and want to make in the appointment. I had some bad experiences with people and the town I live in so I went outside the town. I love the way she said we are not baseboard jockeys! She was right. Skyler came out. He took his time he went through my home my garage even through my pantry looked at my cans my boxes. He actually was able to find a live specimen which was carpet beetles which I knew. But the other companies couldn't even bother to spend that much time with me. Skyler did a fantastic job. Very personal and professional. When I called the office to tell them I experience with the two people I could tell that they were very impressed and very happy that I called. I would definitely recommend this company. They are absolutely wonderful!”

“I have been managing an order for nine sets of clip-on glasses that require four different frames with various colors and configurations. Determining the required frame dimensions to fit the requested prescription frames was challenging, mainly due to the distance and time zone difference as I am located outside the USA. However, through a few video conference calls and testing samples sent to me, we were able to find a solution, albeit with some delays in correspondence. Patience was key in achieving a successful outcome. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would gladly do it again when I need to update my glasses.”

“I work for a construction / aggregate company that uses iPads in the harshest of environments. These often get dropped, ran over, or otherwise busted and an Otterbox case isn't enough to protect it from a Caterpillar loader! I took three of these iPads in for severely damaged screens and all three came back looking good as new. The worst one (pictured) even had its case dented from when it was run over. They managed to flatten the case replace the screen and the touch surface. All three iPads were repaired for less than the cost of a single replacement. CPR was fast, friendly, cheaper than their competitors and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again.”

Usually, I wouldn't write this many reviews, but I like passing along positive things I see to Yelp readers. Yesterday, I followed my wife into this store as I usually do. I don't walk around with her since she's the shopper and knows best about produce, which she says is the best deal in town at this store when the vegetables and fruits are well-stocked in the morning hours. They also have the only "light" coffee cream I've ever seen. I mill about in the front of the store or the parking lot. But today, standing at the store entrance, I noticed how well stocked and clean this store appeared. I also didn't recognize the cashiers and young women who seemed to be the manager or in-charge. It seems that she (the manager) has turned things around and gotten the cashiers to be friendlier and more personable with customers. The store is also cleaner, seemingly brighter, and merchandised better than I remember exactly one month ago to the day. I say props for her or whoever is taking charge of this store and doing such an excellent job of merchandising and training the employees, who seem happier and more pleasant towards customers.
