She is a professional who is concerned with not only getting you the best accommodations and transportation but at a reasonable price. Just recently my son and I went to the Grand Canyon that Paula setup with Amtrak railways. The all inclusive journey started in Washington DC through Chicago, Illinois and then on through the midwest to southern rim of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. I didn't have to worry about anything. Food, drinks and entertainment were part of the package deal that Paula arranged for us. Next year I'm planning a trip to New Orleans with my daughters. Paula is already working on it.”

The only issue we had was with a very large homeless population in the area - they are literally in the road on your way into the entrance, and the exterior door areas all smell like someone has used the bathroom right next to it. Other than that, great hotel.”

“Floating over the Las Vegas Desert as the sun creeps over the mountains is the type of unique, once in a lifetime experience you look for when planning a trip to Vegas. Not only are you able to take in the beautiful sunrise and scenery, but you also learn a tonne about how to safely operate a balloon with no ability to actively steer. Capping things off with a champagne toast is just the icing on the cake. This was one of the more unique and adventurous experiences Ive had and was certainly the highlight of the trip. would highly recommend.”

“We had a two bedroom margarita suite. Furnishings were nice and kitchen, washer, dryer all worked well. Room was a bit dusty but overall clean. Lots of great places to eat around here. Found a great activity for kids every day of the week we were there, all within 15-20 min drive. Pools are amazing (one of the pools under construction at the moment) and nicely heated to swim comfortably in 50 degree weather. Staff are all friendly, from security to front desk to activity staff. Can't say much about housekeeping since we didn't get housekeeping services during our stay. We stayed during Christmas week and there were daily activities such as crafts, bingo, socials, etc.”
