Dr. Kohort always goes above and beyond, and going for my annual eye exam also includes a nice long chat which I always look forward to. And there's the time with Dr. Kohorst helped me solve my eye emergency: a stuck contact lens I could not get out. He did, in no time. I'll be forever grateful. Contrary to what many say, we do have amazing medical professionals in Vegas. Dr. Kohorst is one of them. And so is the entire office staff!”

After checking out places and reviews on Yelp and although they didn't have many reviews but yet were highly rated, I decided to check out Let's Go Auto which is about 10-15 mins from where I live. I called first thing in the morning to get a price quote and see if there was any availability that day. Junior was the one I spoke to and he was very pleasant. He gave me a reasonable quote and he was able to schedule me at 11 that morning. Came in, met Junior and told me how long it would take and within a half hour later he was done. I asked about other services that needed to be done to my car and he quoted me reasonable prices. I'm definitely coming back to get other services done to my car.”

He was extremely helpful and informative of what’s going to happen and how he’s trying his best to be on the same page as Fiji Airlines due to the fact that they are the ones who have that 24hr non-refundable policy if you cancel your flight within 24 hrs of purchase. (Which I found ridiculously inconvenient. My husband and I caught COVID 1-2 days before we’re were supposed to travel to Australia. So even though they have that very inconvenient 24 refund policy, Expedia is going above and beyond and promised it will be refunded in a few days or so. And I will be given updates if there’s any issues regarding the refund by Shashwat (hopefully)! He is an excellent customer service representative.”

“I visited Vons Pharmacy for a vaccine appointment. It is located inside Von's in the back. Very neat, clean, organized. No masks required. I didn't have to book an appointment for this vaccine since they had just received a shipment. The receptionist at check in was friendly and helpful. After check in I sat in the section next to the pharmacy for the technician. There was a couple ahead of me. The wait was about 30 minutes from check in. The technician was excellent. She wore a mask and plastic face shield. The shot didn't hurt at all. I received a 10% Von's shopping coupon which was a bonus.”

As for the front desk receptionist she was not polite at all. Had a attitude and even rolled her eyes a bunch when I addressed her with my concerns. On multiple times she made me feel unimportant and uncomfortable in a place myself and my husband have been coming to for a couple years now. It's unfortunate that most of my time is in the waiting room and had to feel uncomfortable because of it. May look into a new primary care because of this. No one likes going to the doctor to begin with, but when you hear the receptionist gossiping with others about you it's a turn off. Speaking about you, the one with glasses and dark hair. Hope you learn some patience and find God in your life because Dr. Annie deserves a better representation for her business in the front. She's an amazing doctor.”
