“Know what? For all the negative law enforcement gets, here's a 5 star rating. They are awesome. This department and its people are great, always friendly. Heck i just called in about something and got the best advice from the impound area about nothing to do with their department. Heck yes I had tickets and other issues, always handled and resolved. My point is, these people have one of the most difficult jobs on the planet. They are awesome! If any of you are reading this and had an attitude or bad experience think back to your attitude towards them and what you did to get that response.”

“I had to call police after my ex tried to start a fist fight with my teen. My son looks normal, but he is special needs with mild autism, which I told the dispatcher. I was very worried about his talking to the officers since stress triggers his behavior issues. 5 cops showed up, and my son described 5 excellent people. He said they were so nice to talk with that he considered becoming a cop. One officer even made a Pokemon joke. My ex is a blackbelt, so the situation was dangerous. I'm pursuing changes in custody, but until then, I know there's a level of protection for my son, and he will be treated with compassion by officers if a problem arises again. I do feel that their reaction put my ex in check, and he will keep his temper under control thanks to the officers. They were calm & respectful, and I know their involvement made a huge difference in protecting my son.”
