“Really helpful modern shop with super knowledgeable crew and well laid out products. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to warranty a pump with too much variance in the readings. During my first visit, the GF and I actually sat on the sofa for about an hour chatting over coffee and jasmine infused soda from the cafe (yes it’s a bike shop that has a mini cafe in it!). They also have locally roasted fresh whole bean coffee bags as well. This is the only shop I will be going to in Vegas not only due to their customer service but nice place to sit for a coffee.”

Price was very reasonable with quality workmanship and the shop owner gave us a little tutorial on how to use our new bikes. Also kudos on the clever, nerdy name bicycle “lab” as well as the cool bike “autopsy” table and faux bike X-rays on the wall. “I did a ton of research on ebikes. I spent two weeks of lunch hours visiting stores and test riding ebikes. I thought I had settled on an ebike and was ready to write a nearly $5000 cheque. One last internet search got me to Energie Cycles. Boy, am I glad it did. The Energie Cycle store is a no-frills place: no show room, no accessories. Just very knowledgeable staff with a row of demo bikes lined up in the workshop. I discussed my situation with Tim the sales rep and he pointed me to the G360-MTB 500W Ebike by Dillenger. I rode it for five minutes and knew this was the one for me. I ordered one on the spot and picked it up the next day. On the way out the door with my new ebike, Tim noticed something on the bike that was not quite right. He quickly discovered the problem but found he could not fix it quickly enough to get me out the door. So he took another of the same model out of inventory and while watched (and helped) he un-boxed it, assembled it, and adjusted the ergonomics to my satisfaction. It took 20 minutes and now I know how to adjust and operate my new ebike with confidence. Their prices are unbelievable, too. I spent less than half of what I was prepared to. But I also know that for the money I spent, I got a high quality, mid-grade machine. I did not pay for the ultimate in high grade equipment that I will never use to its fullest capacity. I got the machine that is right for me. I will mostly ride it on the street but will take it on trails when I can. I am not a hard-core BMX rider and don’t need high dollar, high grade components. The Dillenger lineup is great for the enthusiast that doesn’t need to spend a ton of money. Energie Cycles is a great store with great people and great products.”

“Turns out these folks were the only people doing Li-Ion rebuilds during the COVID-19 pandemic. Good thing they are as decent as they were. Rebecca in sales is great! Everyone answering the phone (which they did quickly) was good too. Yes, it took 4 weeks, but they told me it would, and then when they got to it, it was done in 2 days, and shipped back to me. Great work and I'm back on the road again! First rate!”

Very friendly folks who are obviously riders themselves.These guys know the terrain and the bike was specced accordingly with coils front/rear and DH casing tires. They set up the suspension and dropper height in minutes and had me ready to ride. The bike performed great on the gnarly DH trails I rode. Pretty much a perfect rental experience and I'll be using them whenever I'm in town.”

“It is a great shop with very good bikes in an excellent location. I enjoyed the 8-hour “all-day” ride opportunity. The shop did very well at describing the trails. The bike I rented (Slash 9.7) was a pretty creaky bike (BB or crank bolts?), but otherwise rode very well and was set up very good for my weight. It was a great “show up and ride experience.” I would have liked to know at the time of booking that my rental slot (1000-1800) was actually six hours instead of eight since the shop closed at 4:00. I found out when I received my reminder email the day before. I would have adjusted my times better if I knew in advance. Overall, I would (and already have) provided recommendations for this shop based on the friendly staff, available bicycles, and location. Well done.”

“Great bike hire shop, right on the 10.5 mile marker of the river mountain loop. They loaned me a bike in as new condition, were helpful showing me the route supplying a map and showing places to stop etc. Even gave me two bottles of water for the bike and a free soda when I dropped it back. The river mountain loop is a fantastic traffic route, with amazing views of the mountains, Vegas and lake mead. I took the recommended clockwise route to avoid the steep climb in the first few miles for the more gradual climb”

“We did a half-day mountain biking trip in Red Rock Canyon. We were picked up on the Strip on time and were riding high-quality mountain bikes within half an hour. Our guide Irving was excellent and chose trails of appropriate challenge and distance for our skill level. He also taught us about some of the plants in the area. We had a great time. Considering you get transport to the trails, a good bike, and a guide, I found the price to be fair.”
