Being a resident here at Village at Desert Lakes, I understand that there's only so much that the management can do for us but you can totally tell the improvements that new management has done for this place. I'm very impressed with the front office Juan and Evy! They're always kind, considerate, and respectful. They're always paying attention to one's needs. Their excitement under new management with their new changes are uplifting and makes me even feel excited to be comfortable in my own home. Juan's been extremely inviting with his bright smile since the beginning. He was understanding of my living situation and assisted me and got everything done in a very timely manner. I was extremely thankful and blessed to have someone like Juan and his manager Evy for going the extra mile! Some little things that I would like to see is the pool area to look more tropical and the front entrance could use more lights.
