“This is my first apartment I've ever rented. This is an amazing community, majority of the neighbors are very friendly and family orientated. Very quiet area. Two second walking distance to an AMAZING view of the city. Maintenance crew are very friendly and teach you if you want to learn about how they fix things. The property manager is very professional and AMAZING. She makes sure that we are taken care of under any circumstances. Very accommodating. She has been a blessing this entire year. I will be resigning my lease for another 12 month term. Judy in the front office is so sweet and kind, she has always taken care of us. The apartments are a little older but they are beautiful. I LOVE the layout I have. For the price, you can't beat it. It makes having a roommate easy with all the space and beautiful big patios. Thank you guys for all of the hard work and always being there to help me through even some of my personal problems. You guys are the best!”

“Review After deciding that it’s time for me to have a house, I looked on Zillow and got connected with Jared Uraine. Jared was helpful with providing me information I needed to look in a house. We exchanged email messages and he showed me a few houses, twice on different days. The first two houses, I decided it was not up to what I could settle for. A couple of weeks later, I went back hunting with him and found a house that has been renovated. I would call the style a fusion of midcentury and ranch. It’s located in an old neighborhood and is very close to the Strip. I decided on that house. I have read online that an average time to close a house is two months. I am not a patient person but I figured I have to deal with that long wait. Jared projected that we’ll close on 45 days after the first offer but we ended up closing it on the 27th day! He left a nice homewarming gift that meant so much to me!”
