My cat isn't easy to deal with when taken to a vet, but Dr. Frances was truly amazing with our cat. I had concerns at first re: my cat being too aggressive and uncooperative but to my amazement, he had no issues with our cat. Our cat even seemed to like Dr. Frances. His wife is nice too. I had such a great, professional, and fun experience and that I referred my mom to Sara as well. My mom went and was highly satisfied with the work she received. I was very very pleased. Even before the exam the diagnostic testing that had to be done was quick and I felt the equipment was clean. The exam rooms were nice and clean. After the exam taken over to the other side of office to pick out glasses. My goodness this is where I met Jessica. She was amazing in explaining my benefits to me in a way that I could understand. Gave me more than enough space to take my time and pick out what I needed. I did not feel rushed or like I did not matter as a customer. Definitely will be back! There was an older CCTV system in place that I wanted to upgrade and also needed to replace my front door locking mechanism with a professional keypad lock. I called a few companies and decided to go with Door Buseters - they were very professional and courteous. Installation was done on the agreed upon date and took several hours. Once completed the installer explained to me in detail how to use the new CCTV system and the new Keypad Lock. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and the products I purchased with them!”
