Dr. Mendoza is exceptional. He understands the frustrations of being immobile, then clearly explains the importance of following instructions for a rapid and successful healing process.
Dr. Mendoza is friendly and listens patiently.
The staff and assistants are also exceptional!

Pleased with Dr. Mendoza. Very unhappy with my experience trying to get an appointment. I made 4 phone calls in 2 weeks. The first call a woman answered & said someone would call me back. No one did. I made 3 more calls & had to leave a message. No one ever called me back. I had to get in my car & come in personally to get an appointment. I've been coming to Tahoe Fracture for approximately 30 years but I will not continue if this happens again. There is no excuse for this.

Dr. Mendoza is a great physician that listens to his patients, is very thorough in his diagnosis, and has a well of patience. He's very approachable, friendly, and converses with you on a personal level. I have never left his office in a state of confusion, or felt like I was just processed through. All the staff at the facility are amazing. They should be applauded for their friendliness, compassion, and professionalism.

I have the highest regard for DR. MARCO MENDOZA! He was willing to see me on short notice, even though he was quite busy. Dr. Mendoza took plenty of time to explain everything I needed to know; he answered all of my questions and left me feeling completely informed about my medications & overall condition. I left his office feeling very optimistic and certain that I had found an excellent & caring doctor!!

Dr. Mendoza is outstanding! With less than a month before my next marathon, he thoroughly examined my knee after a skiing accident. Professional, thorough, great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. This doctor should get more than 5 stars.
