Howard Street Home B&B

Jason and Michelle are beyond amazing! This was our first time at a Bed and Breakfast and the bar has been set! The food was PHENOMENAL. The view is wonderful and the town alone is just amazing. Jason and Michelle were so welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed while still providing us with our privacy. I will forever be staying at the Howard street home during my future Virginia city visits!

Michelle and Jason hosted my daughter's wedding yesterday. They took care of every small detail to ensure everything was perfect. This home is stunning and the owners are even more incredible! Will be back over and over and over!

Walk into the past and live in the Victorian, mining, and old west era. The house is very special with thought out historical elements. The best part, other than the many places to relax and explore, are the gracious hosts. You get a feeling of being at home. They take every thought to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic with a extra touch of flair. A 5 minute walk to the saloons, shops, and history tours will keep your heart rate up and your excitement satiated.

I cannot rave enough about this B&B! Between the hospitality, food, and general atmosphere this place deserves 5 stars across the board. You are welcomed with personal parking and open arms as if it were your home. Furry friends are available for pets if required and the human hosts are available for anything you might need. You will retire to a comfortable room with a personal restroom and door to the patio and you will wake to the smell of coffee and a multi course breakfast that will make you wonder how you ever settled for a casino breakfast. You are welcome to come and go as you please with the peace of mind that your room is secured behind you with a key if you choose.
I highly recommend a lavish experience in this beautiful home.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived we fetl right at home but with peer hospitality!
We were greeted by Michelle dressed in old-fashioned western attire and her husband Jason greeted us shortly after while wearing a very nice Western suit.
This was certainly an incredible experience and truly the best bed and breakfast you could ever ask for.
They poured us a great wine, had a full open bar, smoke room, various types of juices, to an absolute amazing breakfast with coffee and dessert.
We can't say enough positive feedback; we just wish we could give them a 10-star instead of just a five.
