“While I was still living in Dallas, I signed a lease here October 2020 without having laid eyes on the property. Scott helped me through the process from afar and made the process so simple. When I was able to see my apartment, I instantly fell in love with it. It overlooks the two lakes in the back and gets so much natural light (that my plants love!). They have great amenities, my favorite being the pool, gym and trails. I love how peaceful the property is and I am very grateful it is also smoke-free. Everyone in the front office is so friendly and helpful! They have food trucks come and they have drinks and dessert set out for residents. Makes dinner those nights really easy! I really do love it here and encourage everyone to check it out!! I even made my sister and her husband get a place here when they moved to Peachtree Corners. It is nice to be close to them as well :)”
