From the first class they made me feel welcomed into the Reno family The coaching staff is "Awesome"!!! they are literally the nicest people I have ever met. They work with you no matter what your fitness level is. They are attentive and constantly watching to make sure your form is on so that you won't get hurt. They program challenging and yet at time fun work-outs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Even during this pandemic you can still join. They are posting daily workouts that you can do at home with no equipment.”
