“Jeff and his crew have helped maintain a 2002 BMW for... goodness... 13 years? I hesitate to answer since since I can't remember when the previous owners bought the car, but when they sold it to me they vehemently recommended Bav Auto Haus. I personally have (had) been coming for 8.5 years. I am enthused to report that the car has just eclipsed 160,000 miles, however I am having a mild panic attack since I moved out-of-state recently and am due for maintenance. I loathe the awkward dance of having to find a reputable, trustworthy mechanic. Ever think of offering mobile servicing or starting a satellite office??? Jeff has always been fair and honest about work he suggests. Pricing can be inherently high (blame BMW corporate, part prices are astronomical), but labor has always been in line with expectations. He was always diligent about reporting any potential issues, and never pressured me into stuff I didn't need. He's a straight shooter and enthusiast who appreciates the cars he works on.”
