“There was no pressure at all. My wife and I walked onto the lot and was greeted by a salesman. He asked what we were looking for and I told him. We walked out to the trucks and he proceeded on opening one up and answered all my questions. We took it for a test drive around the block and came back to the dealership where we were turned over to James where he then went over more features. We made a deal, and the paper work began. I drove the truck home and came back the next day to go through the truck with Chuck. He went over the entire truck with me, answering every question I had. When I left, I felt very confident I could operate my new truck very comfortably.
