(March 28, 2020, 5:12 pm)The sound of the vehicle changed and the driving was much smoother with the replacement of the rusted exhaust muffler. It felt like I was driving a different vehicle. It was comfortable talking to the office personnel. I appreciated that they showed me what needed to be repaired before the work. The cost was reasonable.
(March 25, 2020, 2:21 pm)A great shop with great people. They're extremely thorough, work on all kinds of vehicles, and usually have appointments available very promptly. I've tried a lot of different auto shops in Reno, and this is by far the best one I've found. Highly recommend them for any service needs.
(January 13, 2020, 11:08 am)Replaced heater core. Wanted nothing to do with that, always heard Jeep heater cores were ruff! Glad they repaired it for me. They flushed my coolant and replace missing hard ware and screws in dash so not to rattle. They gave me a price before starting. To the dime. Good "JOB" to everyone at LT Automotive.
