Just being the decisive vote
Poleletic Fitness is so much fun and a great workout! I was a little nervous when I first showed up, not knowing what to expect. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. I was worried that I was going to be intimated by people that were younger, more capable, were in better shape, etc... What I found was an eclectic group that were all there to have fun and get fit.
Pole fitness is a great workout! It's fun and challenging. I love that I get to learn something new, see improvement regularly and get in shape all at the same time!!
