I have purchased a couple laptops at this store. I have had great service every time. I recently went in to get some technical support on a MacBook and my technician, Panda, was great. She fixed the problem and there was no charge. I don’t see any reason to go elsewhere. I will purchase more products here in the future.

I was a little nervous to come here since there were a lot of bad reviews, but my appointment went quickly & my issue was resolved. My appointment was for 12:30, I got there at 12:10 and was told I couldn't check in until 5 minutes before. At 12:25 I was promptly checked in & at 12:35 a rep came over to go over my request. We ended up shipping my macbook in for a repair and I left the store around 12:45 (so a total of ~35 minutes in the store). My computer was shipped, repaired, and returned within 3 days and is now working fine.

Was able to get inside to order an iPad. No muss no fuss. Very efficient essence I knew what I wanted
